Can I return/cancel products purchased on Rainbow Bazaar?
Yes, you can if the below conditions are met.
• If you’ve received them in a condition that is damaged
• Has missing parts or accessories
• Defective or different from its description on the product detail page

How can I initiate a return?
You may request returns for items you buy from sellers listed on the Rainbow Bazaar by the option available in the panel; that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page. All refunds would be processed within 15 days from the date of receipt of the returned product or cancellation confirmation.
