Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 15 days.
Delivery shall take place all days, except weekends and/or national or bank holidays. If the vendors shall experiencing a high volume of orders, then there would be delays in the delivery time period. The vendors will inform these changes using Pride Circle’s platform by editing the order status.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Pride Circle does not charge any rate for shipping, all shipping charges and logistics are managed by the vendors. The vendors do not offer a flat rate for shipping. Instead they charge you what the desired shipping company charges them. The charge is based on weight and location. The shipping quote you receive when you place and order is your final shipping charge.
Items in stock
All items on the website are normally held in stock. However the vendors may sometimes run out due to sudden demand, in which case they will notify you and inform you of the date they expect to receive more stock. This will be updated on the website.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
If a tracking number is available and an email address was provided at the time of order, you will
receive an automated email from the shipment company with your tracking number once the order ships.
Lead times
The vendors aim to ship orders within 5 working days for domestic orders. However this may sometimes be longer due to other circumstances such as order volume and backorders. Also a few special order items that have longer lead times. Larger orders may also take a few extra

Customs, duties, and taxes
Please be aware with international orders if any; customs fees, duties, taxes and or brokerage fees may apply. Please check with your local government/customs agent to see if any fees apply. These fees are not included in your order cost and are not handled by Pride CIrcle or the associated vendors. It is your responsibility to pay any fees that your government may require. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Pride Circle is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Pride Circle and none of the vendors on their platform support shipping outside of India, i.e., international shipping.
