Pasta E Dolce is managed and run by Chef Karanbir Sandhu and Chef Aditya Ojha.

Karanbir has extensive experience working at a very popular Italian restaurant in Melbourne, Australia. Recently he was working with Mariott International as Senior Sous Chef.

Aditya has experience working for a large events company in Melbourne Australia a senior chef.

Pasta e Dolce is a very young business, having started in mid-2022 upon requests from friends and acquaintances to cater desserts, gourmet food and ready to cook kits for their personal use. This made us realize the need for authentic gourmet food experiences in the marketplace.

Through word of mouth and recommendations we continue to grow, we are still a micro kitchen and desire to grow organically into a niche brand for top quality gourmet needs.
